Question: Change #3

I’m listening to Barack Obama’s victory speech in North Carolina, so I figured it’s a good time to ask my favorite question.
I’m going to keep asking this question until I get a real answer.
We are hearing words like “hope” and “change” over and over and over.
It’s all nice and misty-eyed, but I want something more concrete.
Someone, somewhere, please tell me exactly how America needs changing (rather than fixing) and exactly how Obama is going to go about doing it and where he is going to get the money to do it.
That’s all I ask.
